HTTP monitors now support validation of response URL. This can be used to make sure that the final response URL obtained after resolving all redirects matches the expected value.

This setting is available under Content Validation tab while adding/editing an HTTP monitor. Optionally, you can ignore query string and fragment of URLs from the comparison.
